1989 Jeep Cherokee egr vacuum solenoid operation and wiring
I failed the smog test, the egr vacuum solenoid isn't working properly. It has 12v on it but the green w/white stripe wire isn't controlling the solenoid properly. Any help is appreciated.

the egr solanoid will not get a signal when it is idling.
