gsr-type r whp
Ok i did some research today and i found that the gsr makes 130whp and the type r made 160.. Is that a good number.. I thought that they had more whp... Another question i had a 92 prelude si h23.. How much whp was that making.. I also have a video of me racing a integra and would like to post it and get info on what type it was.. Please give me some good numbers on the b18c1, b18c5 and h23.. Im really confused..

Re: gsr-type r whp
theres no exact number anyone can put on whp unless you take it to dyno...gsr makes 169 and Type R makes 195 to the crank but when it comes to whp no one really knows...if you took two stock Type Rs and put them on a dyno i doubt they will both have the exact same whp...as far as the h23 they have 155 to the crank i think so they should make around 130whp but thats just my guess...LS makes around 120-125whp stock so i doubt a gsr could only go to 130...

Re: gsr-type r whp
ALSO if you really wanna know just ask people who actually dynoed their car or dyno a car for yourself...

Re: gsr-type r whp
I read an article in a magazine where a 1998 GSR was dyno'd at 161hp at the wheels. I read another article of a 2000 GSR dyno'd and it came up with 159 hp at the wheels. I would expect most GSRs to be around that number for whp.
