1998 Tahoe 5.7 liter Spark Plugs

What are the recommended spark plugs and wires for a 1998 5.7 liter? I currently have AC Delco platinum #41-932 and I'm experiencing a miss under load which the forum tells me to tune it up as the first action.

My Saturn hates platinums so what about the Tahoe?

As you stated, some vehicles do not like platinums, I do not run them in anything that does not call for them (especially that POS Bosch +4). No matter what anyone tells me, in my 95 Tahoe I run the basic r45ts AC Delco. A tried and true spark plug for that GM 350.
