91 Seville front turn signals

All
Mom's 91 Seville. Turn signals fine on the rear, inop on the front. No front flash with signal switch or emer. flashers. Bulbs are all good. Front bulbs light up for parking lights. I have checked each bulb and both filaments are good.

Any ideas?

Thanks

busboy,
hope you've already figured out your mom's caddy problem.
if not, this still may not be it, but on the '91s, I thought that front indicator wiring ran underneath the battery box, to get to the front.
if acid/corrosion/road grime/chaffing-pinching of those wires could cause just a short to not allow operational flashing, but still power to illuminate.
never heard of the flasher unit to only operate rears.
since you say both filaments present, yet power still up front, sounds like wiring, since flashers and turns work in back.

hope this helps,
chris

Re: 91 Seville front turn signals

Hey Chris
thanks. I have not gotten anywhere with it and that might be a good place to look. I have not had the opportunity to dig up any wiring information to look at how it is routed etc.
Thanks
