1987 Caprice Classic HP

I was just wondering if anyone knows what the Horse Power on a 1987 Caprice Classic (not wagon) with the engine code 'Y' would be?

Thanks.

Re: 1987 Caprice Classic HP

Your engine is the Oldsmobile 307, according to the "Y". You can verify this by the presence of the vertical oil filler tube on the front of the engine. The Chevrolet engine has the oil fill on the valve cover, usually the driver's side.
