Question 96 cavalier ac noice

When I turn on my ac to any level above the lowest one there is a loud noise that comes with it. I know that this isn't normal. Please help me with this one. The noise can only be heard on the inside - the higher the pressure of the air that is circulating the louder the noise is.

I have the same problem it is probly somthing in your main fan. It depends what is stuck in your fan about the noise. Mine is a roar nose. i have to get to the fan. Does any one know how to get to the fan? do u have to take the dash off? Or can you get to it through the fire wall?
