I bought a 2003 chico and I was installing my amp, I used power for the amp from the black power cable coming from the ignition. (coming from the ignition to the radio) and when I turned the ignition on the amp wasn't coming on. I then went back to the radio to inspect a little there was smoke coming from the dash. So I first kicked myself and then pulled out the radio. The cable that I used to sorce power to the amp was fried. Now when I turn the ignition on there are no warning lights. The starter runs but the car doesn't start! I checked all the fuses and they are okay.

Any ideas?
