Cool 94 ultra climate control/blower clutch relay

Here is the deal, I have a 94 Buick P/A Ultra and it went into the body shop for a Pass rear Door dinged -And my climate control was working now it aint--they said they did nothng to it cause they didn't have to go under the dash --But they did have to jump it ////cause they killed the battery due to leaving the door open when putting on the new door---Now I have no lights on the climate control read out (the squqre box in the cnter of the dash-- cannot adjust the fan speed///blows all the time//no temp read out--A/C compressor is cycling and it blows cold ///When I press the buttons I can hear it beep but that is all it does is beeps---but it does cut off with the engine off and the key out--also --The passenger climate control is not working and does not even light up --I checked all of the fuses--the ones under the dash on the driver side and the ones hidden under the dash by the computer and the ones under the hood on the firewall all good --I"m stummpey stum stum stumped. Is What is the possibility of when they jumped it they sent a surge to the system that controls the climate control or if they dissconnected the battery when changing the door and then reconnected the battery could a surge be sent??? Is there a fuse for the read out Thank you
