moving to 16" wheels on grand caravan

I would like to change my 15" wheels to 16" sizes. Are there any problems other than my odometer and speedometer would not be accurate?

You shouldn't have a problem at all with odometer & speedometer if you pick an new tire size with the same circumfrance as the original tires. My 1998 Town & Country uses 16"x6-1/2" steel rims with 215/65x16 tires. Equivalent size rims and tires should work on your Caravan.
