2000 Chevy cav brake lights and blinkers out..

Hi I have a 2000 Chevy Cav 4 cylinder car. The problem that i am having is that my brake lights and blinkers no longer work. The running lights work fine.. I have already checked all the fuses and the light bulbs and there are no problems there.. What would be the recomended next step?

get a test light and run you clamp to a positive connection then test the ground connections if that comes back ok then hook the clamp to a good ground connection then turn on either blinkers and test both tabs in the bulb socket
