Unhappy '91 GTP 3.4L 187k Won't start

I have a 1991 GTP 3.4L 187k. I have replaced the starter, ignition module/coils, and crakshaft sensor, and the engine turns over but won't start. I have checked the fuses (ok), physically checked the wires going from the crankshaft sensor to the ig/module (ok), checked for current going to the ig/module (ok), checked for sparks (ok), checked for fuel pressure in the rail (ok), even poured gas into the throttle body and nothing. The spark plugs and wires were replaced about 3 months ago with AC Delco rapid fire. The other thing I can think of is the ECM, I found one for $80.00 but I don't want to replace it and find out the the problem isn't the ECM. Is there a way that I can test the ECM? And do you have any suggestions?

Do the "tap test". Lightly tap on the ECM with a screwdriver handle and see if the car will start. if it does, it's bad. Keep tapping on it and it will probably die again. If the service number on your ECM is 1227727, it's bad(they're known to be problematic), change it
