Unhappy CV Driver Side Brake Line

I am having difficulty with replacing the driver side brake line on my 1997 crown victoria. I have just not been successful in removal and the guy down at auto zone didn't know his head from the other end. This car is like a boat. A hole I keep sinking money into.

Any advice?

Matt

Question

Please clarify. Steel line or rubber hose? Front wheel or rear wheel?

Re: CV Driver Side Brake Line

It's the front driver side brake line. I am not sure of it's steel or hose. I would imagine it would be a rubber hose.
