head bolts on 2000 venture

i need to know what i should torq ue my head bolts too on a 2000 venture the haynes book says 37 ft lbs and then an additional 90 degrees. i just want to make sure that it is correct since they tell you that you need the new type of head bolts when replacing the head gasket.also i found a technical bulletin that states when replacing the intake manifold gasket that you need new bolts for it also the part number they give is 11588915 for the bolts and 89017279 for the intake manifold gasket.any help would be great.

You need new head bolts when ever you pull the head. The torque + 90 deg is telling you to streach the bolts. They don't return to origional dim when torque is removed. Just sharing what I have been told from a reliable source!
