What to use on Chrome rims that i think i runined

Hi everyone, I used some of this Westley's Bleche-wite on my tires and some dripped on my rims and now i have streaks in the rim that look and may be permanant? I dont know if they are runined or not it kinda looks like someone poured acid on them it is on all 4 of them, they are not even 5 months old . I bought them and white lettered tires, so of course i wanted the white letters to be real white well this is what i got from that. They are Eagle Elites, and I went up to were I got them today and I guess they are gonna check to see what kind of warenty i have on them tomarrow well I am just sick about this.. I saved for a long time for these things. I just loved them till now.. I have tried Wizards metal polish, Mothers ect. and even good old toothpaste.. Well with no luck i am turning to you guys to see if you or anyone out there has had this happen to them.
