88 PA stalls out when headlkights are turned on

I have a 1988 PA with a 3800, The car runs fine with out the lights on, but as soon as I turn them on the engine quits like it's turned off. I can restart the car, when I turn off the lights. I can run the parking lights for a while then the car wants to die out. The battery is brand new and has been checked, the cables are clean and look ok, the battery isn't discharged. The wiring harness looks ok. Is there a relay switch for the headlights ?

Found a short in the harness, was pinched and grounded out. Funny I thought I would blow a fuse not stall the car.
