Angry rear break lock up help

i have a 1996 pontiac sunfire and the rear breaks keep locking un when the roads are wet can any one help i dont know what it is its driving me insane

when i hit the breaks to stop it locks up at slow speeds

Sounds like a leaky wheel cylinder and brake fluid is getting on your shoes/drums. Been there before with my other car.

Take the rear tires off, pop off the drums with a rubber mallet and have a look. You should not have any fluid sitting there or any loose parts.
