If It Ain't Broke....

Hi there!
I have had a '97 Continental for about a year, and it runs like a top. Ibought it from a relative who kept it maintained, but the thing is, it has about 150k miles on it.
Any little things I could do to keep 'er running well and prevent problems? Or just take it to the same mechanic as he did for a tune up and trust what they say?
