Mazda MPV

A mazda saleman recently told me that the Mazda MPV would be discontinued in 2007. Has anyone heard anything about this? I would appreciate hearing your comments as I cannot imagine the MPV being discontinued completely.

thanks

According to some people over at MPVclub, a 2007 MPV was seen in testing. Whether or not it will make it to the US isn't known. However there were rumors of discontinuation in 2006, and the 2006s are coming, according to the dealer where I bought my 2005. Apparently the 2007 is going to be bigger, and might have an all-Mazda engine. There are many things I like about the MPV and it would be a pity if we were left with only the barges from Toyota & Honda among the overseas name-plates.

Re: Mazda MPV

Should we buy 2001 Mazda MPV? Looking also at Toyota Camry?

These are very dissimilar vehicles... depends on what you want it for.
