88 pi cv wana get this thing turnin 13 in a 1/4

i have an 88 crown vic wich was formally a alabama state patrol car it has a 351 wi in it and all that jazz, regardless it hass sloooww take off but great top end i mean really fast put take off is so slow it hardley wants to spin a tire. i am gona redo the heads and cam ,intake ,carb and put headers on it (thinking about a turbo) but i need a 373 posi rear end if anyone has one or any ideads i would greatly apreciate it i have no clue what im getting into this is my first car build i need ideas please thanks ppl hope to hear soon.
