Speakers in 05 DC Tundra

Can anyone tell me where the 7 and 8 speakers are in the 8 vs 6 speaker system and any suggestions for the additional two speakers.

If you look behind the "front" door speaker grills you will see that there is actualy to speakers in each door in the eight speaker system.
