Metalic noises from power slide door
Our 2000 Venture has a power sliding passenger door, and between 35 and 55 mph it makes a metalic rattle or thumping noise in the power door area, very annoying. Above or below those speeds the noise is not present. The door works fine. I can't find anything loose by checking around and under the door, and I don't want to tear into it. Anyone else ever have this problem?

Re: Metalic noises from power slide door
I haven't had the problem, but I read one post where someone had a rattle they thought was coming from the door. It turned out to be a loose bolt in the roof rack on that side of the vehicle. If you have a roof rack, it is worth checking it out.
