power window!!!!

my power window on my drivers side won't move now after a couple of weeks when it was just moving very very slow. I figure its the motor but don't have a clue or money to find out.....anyone have a clue of how to just get the window manuelly up????................because it about to rain any minute now......any info on this would be awesome

Get one of thoes power testers with the little metal tips to see if there is a curent in the switch. if there is it has to be the motor or something by it.

It's nearly impossible to get a window to go up if the motor is inoperable. Your only real option is to replace the motor.

You can get a aftermarket motor off e-bay for like 30 bucks. They work fine.

If the motor doesnt work nothing he can do but replace it. Hey it cant be that hard.

I have the same problem. If you take the door panel off, 7 screws, and rap on the motor while holding the button to raise the window, it might go up. Mine did. Good luck.

I had the same probelem on my old Blazer. It was the motor. Get a new one.
