88 grand am no compression

help please, I put a new head and gasket on an 88 grand am and now I have no compression. are the valves stuck open or is there something I missed. please some one lend a voice. when I turn the key the cam just turns and nothing else.

still need help on the 86 toyota p/u please help wont start with new wires, plugs and igniter. not even a pop.

What do you mean the cam turns and nothing else, did you have any bent valves, is the chain properly reinstalled and timed correctly?

Put new rods in the engine and I think I may have to take it apart again
