I have the C8s, they are pretty nice wheels for the price. The powder coating finish is a little easy to scratch if you arent careful, and they dont have a huge selection when your talking about offset which means you might have rubbing issues.. But Id pay another set.

Is car stuff really cheaper where i live?

I got my Rota Mantis 17's for less than 270 (yes, that's 4 of them), plus Bridgestone Potenza S02 Pole Position 215/40ZR17's for like 380 (of course 4 of them, too). What does that come out to...67.50 per wheel and 95 per tire? Nice, huh?

Everytime I ask about something and include the price, people always say it's a steal. Did you know i could get Splitfire Triple Platinum plugs here for $8 each?

Damn, this is so cool.

MANILA, PHILIPPINES. Great beaches and babes, too!
Filipinos who live abroad actually tell relatives who visit to buy car stuff here. There's a stretch called Banawe Street that'll make you piss with delight. Ask any car-loving Flip, if you know any. I think Xivera is one, right, Xiv?

I don't know about turbos, but here's another one to make you drool:
A guy i recently met chucked a TYPE R engine into his 5th gen Civic.
Cost of engine: 5000. He had it turboed afterwards, too.
Is that cheap or what?

Not anytime soon... but, my bro and my Dad are going this Apr/Mar.
Perhaps, I should ask them to pick up something from Banawe St.?

Nah, not unless you are buying! I am pretty much tapped out right now, so I won't be buying any new goodies for awhile. I do still have a few loose ends to tie up before I start saving for the turbo. (slotted rotors, new pads, possibly an exhaust, rear strut ties.) Maybe the next trip!!

Ohhhh... You thought that I meant that I should get them to get something for you!? Yeah, right! I was thinking getting something for myself but, I wouldn't know what...
Anyway, I'm tapped also... sorta...
