Question

98 Sebring JXI Remote & Radio

Have a 98 sebring with the infinity sound system. Door speakers are not working. Connected to different speakers, but still no sound. Any suggestions? Also, have different remote and not sure how to program. Not sure where pin 1 is located to ground.
