Starting problem
Ok im new to this forum so hello to all. I have a 2000 Sunfire that is having problems starting. somtimes it does fine. It sounds like it is trying to start but just cant. I had the codes pulled and nothing there. It seems to do it more when the caris on an incline,full of full. But the same spot has no problem after it is running. Was thinking it might be the theft system???? Any help would be greatly appriciated thanks

Welcome to the forum!
If the security light comes on when this happens you are probably correct in your assessment of the problem. If the light does not come on then you could have other issues. I would check the fuel pressure regulator first of all. Sometimes they will cause this issue when they are starting to go bad.
