In gt3 can you customize the look of your car?

Hell no you can't. Performance mods only bud (excluding rims.) If you want a game to customize the looks then get Need for speed underground 2 or something.

You can get Forza, the driving isn't as good as GT4, but you can mod your car, but it's not ricey shit, it's real bodykits and real rims and whatnot, ok, you can make it ricey, but you don't have to. (Unlike NFSU where they make you rice your car out) lol

Yeah, like an FMIC and exhaust. I think whel you lower the suspension it shows tho, same for the camber.
