95 99 eclipse talon wheels
 so please does anyone know what all vehicles my 95 talon after market 16x8 inch wheels will fit

If I understand correclty, you want to put your talon's stock wheels on another car....right?
You should be able to put them on any car with the 5 lug design, as long as the clearance is ok.

well, they won't fit ALL 5 lug cars, they are 5x114.3
they will fit MOST 5 lug FWD cars. notable 5-lug cars they won't fit are: Subarus, Neons, Tauri, VW's, Cavalier/Sunfires, and PT Cruisers.
