clicking behind raido heat not working

hello my trouble is i bought a ford windstar just kidding.
Well my heat doesnt work there is a white box behind the raidio that clicks. If you move the selecter switch to hot it is less noticable but if you put it on cold its very loud so i just unpluged it no more noise but winter is comming is this something i need to replace or is there something else wrong with it.

Sounds like the blend door is stuck. I don't know much about the blend door but 12Ounce is an expert on that (among other things) and he has posted threads relating to the blend door. Do a search.

I had the same problem a few years back, had it replaced by ford for $200 or so I think.

well i took it apart today and its not a broken door its the little white box. Thanks to all the helped
