1990 525 rear door lock

the rear passenger side door wont unlock cant open door to take off door panel any ideas on how to get teh door panel off with the door closed?

I had same prob the actuator is probably stuck due to weak coil or gunk.
You can't get panel off without damaging it. What I did was have some one pull up firmly on the lock button while I locked and unlocked the central locking system over and over until the door unlocked. Sounds crazy but it worked
