Engine Swap

i plan on doing a swap eventually. the stock 2.4 just dont cut it. im not sure which i want tho. anyone able to give me advice on all these engines? RB26 , VG30 or SR20. yea i know i can google them and i plan to. but i dont just want to know the stats of these engines. i wanna know how hard the swaps are. what all needs done, and what these engines are like. i.e. how long they last the upkeep on them etc....
