Unhappy need help

hey fella's, i have 16'' rims with 205/50R16 Falcon rubber. They rub against the car on bumps and when i carry people they rub on turns, numps, almost anything. just wanted to know what can be done to solve this problem? (suspension kit, coil overs, struts, springs, etc... i have an idea what these things are but no clue how they would work, sorry i sound like a chic but i really don't know much about this stuff) any advice would really help. thanks

Re: need help

umm im not sure but maybe a thinner sidewall would help, but i dont know if that would throw off your speedo.. 50 wall seems a bit big for 16's... and lowering would only make it worse.

Re: need help

I am running 205/50/15 on my 15x6.5 in rotas, your sidewalls are too tall my friend I am pretty sure you are supposed to be at 215/45/16 depending on your wheel width.

hey dont worry about it, but i'm pretty sure ur sidewall is to big, normally sizing for a 16 inch wheel is 215/45/16,

Re: need help

For a Civic the size would be 205/45x16". You could use 205/40x16" but your speedo would be off by 1-5mph.
