Unhappy 97 GT P0303 3cy. misfire HELP!!

My car was running fine, then my gas light came on so I filled up gas and on the way home my CEL came on and it started running badly. I got a P0303 3cyl. misfire code. I changed plugs, wires, and module and light still came back and car is still running bad. Is there something else that i should check or change?? Help!

First check the coils. It sounds like one has gone bad. You changed plugs and wires but the coils can cause the same issue. If the coils don't fix the problem ignition module and finally the injector may have gone bad. I would think the coil replacement will cure the problem.
