water in transmission tranny shoot
hello i have a 2003 dodge neon se with 50k on it twodays ago tranny slips one time when i came out next am was a puddle of fluid under it i took it to shop they said tranny was full of water & anti freezz has any one else heard of this had this happen?

Dear friend. Hope we are talking metric, 50,000 miles or 50 klms.
Unless your rad blew, or vandilised by someone there is no reason. I am sure you did nothing wrong. You are still under bumper to bumper warrenty until 60 k, or three years. I belive your power train which includes your engine and tranny are covered up to 100,000 k Good luck Wayne |

The trans cooler in the radatior is split.I have seen this happen but it was a 2001 Neon

How do you determine that the transmission cooler is split? Can you see it? Where exactly is it on the rad?

its in the inside of the radiator
you gotta first replace your trans and then your radiator. |
