2003 PT Turbo Questions

Hi guys, Few things have been going on in my car wondering if anyone else has had this problem. Its a 2003 Pt Turbo (blow off valve, K&N filter are my only changes)

1- when at about 25-30mph, if i put my foot down, it sounds like it pings but only then, ive never put anything lower than 91 octane in there.

2- The steering column in the heat of the summer, squeaks and squeals as i turn in say a parking lot situation.

3- My airconditioning only when its over 85 Degrees makes a noise that is loud, a sort of whooshing noise. It sounds like an airplane has come into land haha. Anyone else with this problem?

I was at chrysler, and they looked at me like i was crazy and that over and over again they couldnt find these problems, and frankly im getting quite pissed at them. So if anyone knows what the deal is with any of this let me know

The only thing i really know about is the A/C, did you check the belt to make sure its not loose or anything like that?
