S14a conversion

i own a 93 coupe, i was wondering how hard a s14a conversion would be ona s13 coupe, how differnt are the door-fender lines how diffrent are the curves of the body? how much custom fabrication are we talkin here? anyone acualy seen a s14a front ona s13 coupe? thoughs? ideas? advice? i dont wana do a s15 i think it looks messed up ona s13 coupe, im tryin to do somthing diffrent than a s13 silvia front...i got my sr in i figured its time for some body work.....im more worried about the fenders i dont think the hood or bumper would be much ofa problem. less the bumber woulent fit over my intercooler, but i'm pretty handey withat cutting torch a welder and i'ma machinist so if i gota make brakets i can.....my real question is is the s14 fender curve the same as tehe s13 door? do they make jdm convershion fenders? (i doubt it) and any information reguarding this is greatley appreciated. thank you

Re: S14a conversion

i did find out somthin....you can customize whatever you want fags with hondas discrace the nissan name all the time with this..... i even saw a cavi wita s15 front made me cry....anyhow i was on jspec.com last night for future refrance if you want s14 conversion fenders hit up jspec.com they sell them for a pocket busting 700 + shipping all the information you would want on how to pull this off...i priced it out its about 2500 plus paint so its nota cheap setup by any means....diffrent...but thats the price you pay for diversity, i myself am probley gona stick to the s13 front because i dont wana go spending a crap load on looks enhancements i dented up my front end so i figured time to change it up a bit.....it would cost to much to do s14 i'ma just do s13 and soend the rest on somthin usefull.....new drivetrain.....i might need a new thread on this one but willl a complete z32 rear end like suspention diferential and all that bolt right up to a s13? i cought a realy smokin deal ona N/A 300zx complete K frame shocks struts 3z braks bigeer axels 4.06 gear ratio and a LSD sounds like a deal if i can bold it up to my 240

How is it disgracful to to take the lightest 240 chassi and put the front end you love on it? It would be a disgrace to put a 240 front end on a Honda with that I can agree...or visa versa...other than that isn't your comment kinda retarded and a bit un-called for? I do.

You should really be more apt to help your fellow 240 drivers. I myself LOVE the 97-98 240 front end but hate the weight additives...and the fact that you can't get a good running one for under 1k (kouki that is).

I love the s13's and I love how they look stock. But I myself am looking for a change, looking to loose the flip lights. I don't like the silvia front ends for s13's, I don't like the first s14's, and I don't honestly like the s15 front end. There is only one front I adore...the 97-98.

There is one in our shop right now...can't stop looking at 'er. But they go for 5k+ and I'de rather spend that on my lighter s13 then buy a heavier (though not by much) s14.

So any way, I don't really think it would be all THAT expensive, for just the bumper, fenders, and light brackets. And I'm sure you can get the parts from a local junk yard at the least...jspec isn't the only supplier...and also...those cars were sold in the U.S...why ship?

Key words....DIY...saves you literally thousands in labour.
