1995 regal, died need help.

1995 buick regal 164.000 miles. I just got the car(about 2 weeks ago) and it seams like its having some trouble shifting, today when i was coming home it turn off when it was about to shift in to over drive, i was going about about 55 mph when it happened. Also when it turned off the battery light and the check engine light came on. Please help I have no idea what this could be... thanyou in advance... BTW it started after 3 or 4 times of tryibg and i drove it home at bout 50mph on the hwy again having a bit of trouble shifting.

Ok so if this helps I took it to my local trany shop (with a free diagnostic cupon) and they said nothing wrong with tranny, they sacaned cpu for codes, so now I ask for help with those sience they said they only know about trannys.
This is what the paper they gave me look like:

321 no 18x ignition pulses

*hc historical codes*

740 torque converter clutch(tcc) falilure.(they said they checked this and is ok)

361 est line not toggling

140 02 sensor not active

321 no 18x ignition pulses

341 intermittent cam signal
Someone please help this is my only transportation to and from work... thankyou in advance.
