Cool Back to BMW

Hello everybody! I just signed up so I thought I'd tell you folks my short story. I've always been a German car fan, mostly Mercedes. I've owned a couple of E30s in the past and was always happy with them. I currently own a 99 Merc E430 Sport, a 74 Merc 450slc and as of two days ago a 94 318is. I bought this car mainly because I like the look and the crazy gas prices. I know it's not fast but that's not what's important to me. I bought it to drive to work and back 50 miles per day. It's black with tan interior and is in overall good condition, not perfect. It has 165k miles but runs great so far. It needs new rear shocks and new tires. By the way, I do all my own work unless it's major electrical, then I just trade for something else!! I just wanted to say hi to everyone here and I'll be back asking lots of questions since I'm not very familiar with the E36. Hopefully I'll be able to help some of you in return. Thanks in advance.
