Post 95 GEO wiring diagram found.

I am new but I hope this helps. I came across it in my search for why the heck my headlights don't work. The most useful information that I found was here and I am going to go home and try it out. I have noticed though that they headlight switch assembly tends to get pretty hot, perhaps this has something to do with it buring out.

They also had a schematic for this.....

Question:
1994 Geo Metro
Ran the self diagnostic on this car. It flashed 5, pause 1. There is no
listing for this code. Is it most likely a code 15 (ie 1 flash, pause then
5 flashes).

Answer:
It took a little digging, but..I found the reference to code 51.
I am going send it along to you. One thing we have seen here this winter has been the vacuum hoses leading to the MAP sensor developing small little hair line cracks that can effect it operation.
