4.0 block 1988 cherokee jerkin

long story short,swapped engine and ran fine first couple of days but now after about ten minutes of driving the motor starts cutting out and jerking...
its not overheating and only other problems are motor mounts are shot...
thinking about tps but i am just not sure what i should replace or look for..sure could use some advice..

no need for any replys..its running better now...vacuum leak fixed...thend.
