Need suggestion for going to insurance

Hi,

last week while taking a right turn i hit my car to a stone and right side front and back door are damaged and when i checked with body shopper he said it will cost me 3300$ to get it repaired ,so now i am planning to go to insurance , but don't know what to tell, please guide me what i need to tell them , should i tell i hit the stone in that case will it go my accident history and what will happen to my insurance will he increase my insurance , what should i do now
