98 Cherokee Power Door Lock switches not working

I bought a 98 Cherokee Limited from an auto wrecker and repaired it so I'm not sure who the original owner is. Neither the driver or passenger door lock switches work. I have checked Fuse 15 and Circuit Breaker 28 and they are both good. However, if I disconnect the battery cable and then reconnect it, the doors all lock immediately (almost locked my only key inside) so I know all the lock solenoids are working. How can I tell if this has keyless entry? I downloaded the 2000 FSM (both downloads) but they are missing the Section 8A through 8V, goes from 7 to 8W. Anyone know where I can get those?

Since no one responded yet and I solved the problem, I will post my own reply. Turns out the culprit was the passenger side lock/window switch. It was providing +12 volts on both inputs to the door lock motors. With a replacement switch installed, both inputs are at ground. BTW it was also draining my battery which doesn't happen anymore.
