Should be in the engine compartment right behind the right headlamp.

Re: Location of fuel pump relay on 95 Tbird

As flewthecoupe said it should be in back of the right headlight (pass. side) and in front of the airbox. It is in a module called the Constant Control Relay Module (CCRM) and should have about 21 wires going into the 2 row 24 pin connector. I think the connector is held in place by a screw in the center of it. I have a '95 with a 4.6 but I would think the 3.8 should be similar.

Okay, I know what module that you are talking about. Do you mean that the pump relay is inside of that module with all the wires going to it?????

Re: Location of fuel pump relay on 95 Tbird

I would think you would have to buy the whole module. You need a wiring diagram for your year Bird to find the color code and location of the wires for the fuel pump relay. For a '97 the connector has three terminal locations that aren't used. The one on the side by itself is terminal #9 and the two on the other side are at #19 and 20. Knowing these locations you can decifer terminal #'s for the rest of the connector. Terminal #5 (PK/BK) is fuel pump output, #11 (BK/Y) is pwr going through relay to #5 and #18 (LB/O) is the fuel pump relay control. The PCM Pwr Relay that is connected to terminals 8,10,12,13,16 and 24 is what supplies power to energize the fuel pump relay coil so that may be the bad relay.
