Electrical problems

Question for y'all... For some reason, my car's gauge lights have gone out, along with the lights for the climate control. The radio still works, as well as the clock pod. I checked all fuses to make sure they were all good, and they were, so I was wondering if anyone knew what else i could check. When I am idling, my car does run a little rough, my idle goes down below 500 rpm and very close to shutting off. I also notice that my voltmeter will go down below 12 volts. Possibly something wrong with my alternator? Hope someone can help!

get both the alternator and the battery checked

yea thats what it sounds like, that could also be the reason why your car is running a little rough to, get those checked out and tell us the info you find out and we'll go from there.

okay, so now my parking lights on the passanger side of the car wont work, but my turn signals and brake lights will. I'm starting to think it's my alternator, but I won't be taking it out till saturday, so I'll update you guys when I am able to do that!
