02 jgc wont start

My jeep recently had the radiator fan that did not want to turn off.I disconnected the battery and it went off I tried to start the engine and now the motor wont even crack over.the key just turns and nothing not even any noise like if it has a kill switch.i dont have a alarm so that is out of the question

make sure the battery connects are on all the way, then try jumping it. if that doesnt work then check your ignition/starter fuses

checked all the fuses nothing all of them good.If I run a wire from battery to starter will start and stay on but other than that nothing relays all good
