Looking for a Probe in Missouri.
Hey all, I am a Ford Probe (1991 and previous) fan and I recently was in a severe car accident with "my baby", my black 1989 Ford Probe GL. That car is now sitting immobile (as a truck sideswiped and then went over the top of me), but still has a good engine and transmission. I want to buy a probe of any model, preferrably 5 speed, and dont really care all that much what kind of condition its in, so that I have something i can drive/fix while my car is being dissasembled, bent back into shape, and made into a convertable (the top was crushed partially, and the fire department cut it off so that they could remove me from the middle of the wreckage and make sure that cutting into the door to get it open wouldn't damage any of my extremeties.) I want a car that is running or can be made to run with a fair amount of work and parts. Since I do have a good running engine and trans on my old probe, I could always switch them out if I need to. Hey, is that probe you posted about for sale, and if so, how much and what are mileage, condition, and other stats?

yea the probe has 204,000 left front fender and door have damage. Paint is red and faded, front and back clip have minor damage,intirior needs cleaned... Asking $300 o.b.o.

i have a 1990 ford probe, with a 5-speed. but i live by cedar rapids, ia the interior is in very good shape, it has about 50,000 miles on a rebiult engine, $400 in brake work, and $200 in a custom exhaust, just done on it. i just paid $1000 for it but due to a severe knee problem, i won't be able to keep it. if your interested by e-mail address is [email protected] or my ph#'s are 319-854-6650 home and 319-521-1876 cell.

i can get you a 89 i think. it has around 100000 miles and the body work has just been done and primered. its and auto and will go for $1000. It comes with another probe around the same year with body damage, windows busted out and a bad engine.
