98 Camry fog light burned out

I have factory fog lights on my 98 camry, they aren't actually useful, more just decorative I guess. One of them burned out the other day, so I detached the unit, and can't seem to get the lens off to reach the bulb. Do I have to buy a new unit or what? Thank you for your help.

Your owners manual should have illustrated instructions.
