Finally after 2 days it failed to start. The mechanic traced it to my fuel pump modulator and wiring harness. Since it has been replaced (over a week) my car starts up fine and I hope it continues to. I recommend if your having the same issue of your car turning over but not starting see if your vehicle is on an incline. If so role it back until it is of the incline and see if you can get it to start if so take it to a repair shop and ask them to check this first. Thank you guys/gals for all your advice.

Your "fuel pump modulator" is that the non-electrical part under the hood on the fuel rail? My mechanic calls that part the fuel pressure regulator, is that what you are talking about? What electrical harness was replaced and where is this harness located? What does this electrical harness connect to?
