i would show you pics of my cuz's del sol but he took his pics off the internet b/c people started doing the same shit to theirs. it wasnt right for him to put all his time and money into a car for show to make it one of a kind and then alot of other people started doing the same stuff he did. one guy even asked him how he done everything b/c he wanted to clone my cuz's car. ill try to get a pic of it tho, it kinda looks like shit right now b/c it aint been painted yet. now as far as your mustang goes, i think it would look better with smaller wheels but the body work looks good except for the spoiler. but everybody has their own taste and you might think big wheels is pimp and if you do then thats you. i just dont think big wheels and mustangs go good. but thats my 2 cents

So why do you keep wasting your time trying to convince me to not put big chrome rims on a sportscar?

You put 17's and slicks on your car, and have fun speeding. I'ma put them big-a** chrome thangs on mine and watch everybody necks snap when they see me shinin harder than anything they ever seen. And I'm doin 35 so they get a damn good look at it. Round here It's not about who's car can pull the fastest time in the quarter. It's all about who's car can outshine the rest. Rims BY FAR are not the only factor, that's where the really shiny paint (unlike my black, but that's why it was originally red), leather and suede color matched interiors, tv's, sound systems, and a lot more comes into play.

lol if you wanna see people break their necks you should ride with my cuz. we go to the beach or just park here where we live and people just start grabbing cameras and pic phones. ive seen a girl go to take a drink and we rode by and she spit the drink out all over her windshield. lol. ive seen old old old im talking like 70-80 year olds just stop and say "my goodness thats big" and keep walking. ive seen a golf car full of black dudes cut off about 3 differant cars and hit about 5 people walking b/c they seen the wheels and cut across the strip at myrtle beach. it gets alot of attention. but i bet a stang on 22's would to just dont put all the money into wheels. ice it out too

lol @ the girl spitting on her windshield! I thought that only happened on TV! But the thing abouth dude hitting all those people is terrible. But like I said in the first post, I wouldn't put 22's on a mustang unless it was strictly for show. I would opt for the 20's instead. And please believe the system will have to be at LEAST 1500 watts! Ever since I started with 2 12's and a pair of $10 tweeters in a geo metro, I haven't been able to ride comfortably listening to a stock system. That's just me, I need loud, clean, and clear sound from the lows to the highs.

actually i have been seeing more and more old school muscle cars like old cudas, camaros and others with like 18's in front and deep dish 20's in the back and i have to say some of them look great. they usually look really good when they have shaved the door handle and smoothed a few things up

Re: Convertible Mustang GT with Saleen/Roush Conversion w/ Side-Exit Exhaust and 22" Rims

I think the perspective on the front rims for both chops is kinda out of place the body work is kick ass though.

From what i have experienced about cars i have learnt that the character of the car is judged by the rims and each specific car looks good on specific rims. I think if you gave this mustang some sportish enkei type rims it would kick ass . In my opinion these chromed out bling rims would best suit the classic mustangs as well as any other classics. Anyway Nice Chop Dude !

dude, you got a problem with me or somethin'? I'm not bout to front and type different than I talk just becasue it's on the internet. I'm gonna be me regardless. And I'm not gonna lie and say i'm a gangsta because I'm smarter than that, I want something out of life rather than jail time or being dead. Yet still that's my personality and I'm a very cool person to get along with. I don't go around starting mess with nobody on automotive forums just because I think that their chopped cadillac looks like shit with it's racing rims and spoiler and body kit. That's his taste and I'm gonna respect his skills in photoshop for what it's worth. Like how good the bodykit fits on there. If it's that serious I just wouldn't post to the thread! I couldn't care less about a world record in who has the most "pimped out" car. I'm going to be me with my style in car customization and you can't do nothin but respect that.

LET ME MAKE SOMETHING CLEAR ABOUT A CAR BEING "PIMP":
Definition of a pimp: A man, usually of the african american heritage, who supplies prostitutes and takes a cut off the deal in exchange for protection and security.

Definition of a "pimped out car": A customized car that makes groupie chicks want the driver just because his car is tight.

Believe it or not some people don't want to race a fast car because that only brings speeding tickets and accidents, they just want something that looks real good and pulls some broads*.

*Broad - slang term for female (for the people that are ebonically challenged )

I respect your opinion. The rims on both chops are Lowenhart LDR and LD5 respectively, and they are actually desined for Mercedes Benzes, which I think they look better on than anything.

The side scoops came off of a Saleen Mustang.
