Idle and and a/c vents on 92 SE

Few months back my brother was driveing my car and it died at a gas station and this so called professional convinced him all spark plugs had gone bad at once *eye roll* and changed them all and charged my brother 50 bucks. Well the car still didn't run until i went out and checked if the pump was comeing on and it turned out the power cord for the sending unit had come loose so i put it back on and it started right up. However now it has a very rough idle but soon as you get on the road it runs fine, And since this happend sometimes while driveing my cruise wil cut out for a few minutes but after a while it'l start working again. And on a side note i get almost no air comeing out of any of my vents wether i'm useing cold or heat and its just becomeing a pain. If anyone may know what are causeing these problems i'd be much grateful for some direction. Thanks
